It is so refreshing to deal with an honest and professional company, and this was certainly our experience with Beds n Dreams Mile End. From the moment we walked in with no idea of what to buy, Nicky made it easy to decide. Her knowledge was second to none and certainly helped us in choosing the right mattress, thanks Nicky. We did have an issue with the mattress when delivered which required it to be replaced. The genuine effort to resolve the issue really impressed us. Steve the owner of the business came out to take care of it and with absolutely no argument and an obvious want to resolve the issue. He organised for another mattress to be made and delivered and allowed us to continue to use the faulty one until it was replaced. In a world where genuine service is becoming harder to find, it's a breath of fresh air to find a business that is driven by decent honest people that only want to please. This is our first experience with Beds n Dreams Mile End and it definitely won't be our last.
