Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, we do accept your order over the phone. Please use the phone number for your nearest store, which you can find on our Store Locator.

 

How do I find my nearest store?

You can find your nearest store via our Store Locator.

 

Can I view products in store?

Yes, we have over 30 showrooms across Australia that all provide a wide range of products on display. Note, not all stores will carry our entire range. Our full range can be viewed online.

We recommend contacting your nearest Beds N Dreams store to confirm product availability.  If you are interested in the stain or colour of a product you can see colour swatches or material samples in store.  In most cases the mattresses displayed on site will be available to view and try in-store.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?
In many instances, Beds N Dreams will be able to deliver your order within 2-4 weeks, allowing for stock availability within our State distribution centres. However, if stock is not available at the time of your purchase, delivery times will vary depending on the time needed to construct and import specific products. You may also receive multiple deliveries for your order. If you’re purchasing in-store, we can advise you of an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase.

Our delivery estimates are based on business days and exclude public holidays. Delivery times may also change due to:

- changes in supply

- warehousing locations

- public holidays

- events beyond our control.

 

Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, many of our stores allow you to collect your orders from the Beds N Dreams store responsible for fulfilling your order. Additionally, you may be able to collect your order from the State distribution centre linked to that Beds N Dreams store.  

Speak to the staff at the store responsible for your order to confirm if this option is available to you.

 

Is there a delivery cost?

For in-store purchases that are delivered to your nominated address, there will be a delivery fee. The delivery fee is dependent on the store's delivery system, your order and delivery distance from the dispatch centre. Store staff will be able to advise you of the specific delivery fee and timings.

For online purchases, delivery fees will vary depending on the distribution centre and the nominated delivery address. 

 

What happens if I haven't received my order?
We make every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times provided. As necessary, contact the store where you placed your order. Additionally, you can contact Beds N Dreams Customer Service on 1300 233 700 Monday to Friday between 9am & 5pm (AEST). Does Beds N Dreams offer interest free terms?

Yes, Beds N Dreams offers interest free terms on purchases. To learn more about our latest interest free offers and our interest free partners please visit here. You may apply for interest free in store or through one of our interest free partners online, you can then use the credit card issued by one of these providers to make purchases online or in store.

 

Who can help me with a particular product query?

We recommend that in the first instance that you contact your local store for any information you can’t find on our website. In the unlikely event that one of your items is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes, we can provide an assembly service at an additional cost. Please refer to DELIVERY information for further details.
