Delivery & Returns


Beds N Dreams only sells our products within Australia and can only deliver to a location where we provide our dedicated service. We do not deliver outside of Australia and currently do not deliver in TAS or NT. We require full payment to be received prior to delivery being completed. Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered.

Our deliveries are handled by our contracted furniture removalists and all deliveries come out of our state warehouses located in the below suburbs.

NSW - Glendenning

QLD - Kedron

VIC - Dandenong & Braybrook

SA - Mile End

WA - Gnangara

With the exception of our Helensvale QLD, Maroochydoore QLD, Pakenham VIC & Westgosford NSW stores which are located outside the regular metro area. Delivery is calculated at 30kms from these stores at the same rate as above.

*Out-Of-Metro delivery prices are estimated at our checkout and while normally correct, there may be instances where an additional fee may be charged depending on access to your address.

What are the typical delivery days?

Delivery days vary by store. Most stores do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Some locations will deliver to different areas on different days of the week. Contact your nearest store for more information on specific days and times to your address. The delivery date and time will be confirmed via phone or email and an additional confirmation message will be provided 1-2 days prior to delivery to ensure that you, or somebody nominated by you, will be available to accept delivery.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances on the delivery date and time (including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, traffic accident or severe weather) Customer Service will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Assembly of products

Our bedroom furniture products include detailed assembly instructions, however, we can help you put your new bed or bedroom furniture together at an additional cost (not available in WA & SA States but we can refer you to someone who can install your products).

This service is only available for purchase on orders that are delivered by Beds N Dreams’ third-party contractors.

The cost of assembly will vary depending on the complexity of the product you have ordered and may also depend on your delivery location and if there is a team available to help. Speak to your store or our dispatch centre to find out how we can help.


Consumer Guarantees: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. To the extent that they are compatible with the consumer laws in Australia.

If you believe your product may have a manufacturing fault, please contact the store of purchase and they will arrange an inspection. Each of our manufacturers provides warranties/guarantees for faults or defects under Australian Consumer Law.


Where we are required to refund your payment (due to rejection or cancellation of your order, or for any other reason), we will use our best endeavours to process your refund in a timely manner. Refunds will be made by us using your original payment method.

The time it takes for you to receive a refund will depend on how quickly your financial institution processes the refund. However, most refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. If you don’t receive your refund within 10 business days, contact the store at which the order was processed.
