Beds N Dreams only sells our products within Australia and can only deliver to a location where we provide our dedicated service. We do not deliver outside of Australia.
We require full payment to be received prior to delivery being completed. Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered.
What are the typical delivery days?
Delivery days vary by store. Most stores do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Contact your nearest store for specific days and times. The delivery date and time will be confirmed via phone or email and an additional confirmation message will be provided 1-2 days prior to delivery to ensure that you, or somebody nominated by you, will be available to accept delivery.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances on delivery date and time (including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, traffic accident or severe weather) Customer Service will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
How much do you charge for delivery?
The delivery fee is dependent on the store's delivery system and your order, but the general minimum fee is approximately $80. Please call the store for the exact delivery cost. Each store has a delivery team they use to fulfil orders. This team is reliable and trusted by Beds N Dreams.
Does someone need to be home to take receipt of my order?
Yes, we prefer that the original purchaser is available to receive the delivery and allow our delivery staff to enter your home and deliver the goods ordered.
If no appropriate person (eg: over 18 years old) is available at the delivery address to receive the order or, if you're required to be present at the time of delivery and you aren't present at that time, we unfortunately can't deliver your order. In this instance, we'll endeavour to contact you or you can call us to arrange for delivery at a different time.
Note: We require customers to accept delivery of goods within 14 days of a notification that your products are available, unless a prior arrangement has been made with your store or the store’s dispatch centre. Where possible, storage can be arranged at an additional cost. We may also charge an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery and any subsequent deliveries.
Do you remove and dispose of the packaging upon delivery?
We can dispose of the packaging after delivery. Please discuss this with us when confirming your delivery. We recommend you retain your mattress plastic as it may come in handy if you move home in future.
Can you deliver to a second story bedroom or apartment block?
Yes, we will be able to deliver your order into a second story bedroom or into apartments. Just let your local store know your specific requirements when arranging your purchase and delivery.
Assembly of products
Installation fee per item
Simple assembly products, e.g. most beds without storage or gas lift base features.
More labour intense assembly, e.g. gaslift beds, extra drawers, etc
Our bedroom furniture products include detailed assembly instructions, however, we can help you put your new bed or bedroom furniture together at an additional cost.
This service is only available for purchase on orders that are delivered by Beds N Dreams’ third-party contractors.
The cost of assembly will vary depending on the complexity of the product you have ordered and may also depend on your delivery location and if there is a team available to help. Speak to your store or our dispatch centre to find out how we can help.

How long does assembly take?
Assembly could take up anywhere between 20 minutes to 3 hours depending on the complexity of the product.
We request that all customers take responsibility for the following:
- To ensure the goods purchased will fit into the nominated property; this includes but is not limited to property access, stairs, doorways etc.
- On delivery, to check condition of packaging, correct number of packages, and examine the goods before signing the delivery docket.
- If the delivery driver is unable to obtain access at the agreed time on the agreed day, you will be charged by the contract carrier for any subsequent delivery.
- Any damage at time of delivery must be reported to Beds N Dreams Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
